1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The White Claw® Hard Seltzer Claw™ Back Your Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 3, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 28, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of three (3) separate entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) defined in rule #4.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Mark Anthony Brands Inc. (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Daniel J. Edelman, Inc., each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), any person affiliated with the alcoholic beverage industry (i.e., alcohol beverage suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers), and their immediate and extended family members (including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Consenting to serve as the tagged friend of an entrant constitutes such tagged friend’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must follow the @WhiteClaw Instagram account to enter. During the Promotion Period, you may enter by commenting #WhiteClawSweepstakes and tagging at least one (1) friend who is a legal U.S. resident, 21 years of age or older (and otherwise meets the eligibility requirements in Rule #2 above) personally known to you and who you believe is interested in White Claw® Hard Seltzer on any of the three (3) Claw™ Back Your Summer Sweepstakes messages posted by Sponsor on the @WhiteClaw page on Instagram to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the corresponding Entry Period’s random drawing and any subsequent random drawing, if any. In addition, you must have obtained the tagged friend’s consent beforehand; if more than one (1) friend is tagged in Entry, consent is required from each tagged friend. Entries will carry forward to subsequent Entry Period(s)’ random drawing(s), if any. Limit one (1) Entry per person per day (12:00 AM ET – 11:59:59 PM ET). All Entries must be received by the end of the applicable Entry Period, and in no event later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 28, 2023 to be eligible for the final Entry Period’s random drawing. MARK ANTHONY BRANDS INC. IS DIRECTLY RELYING ON THE ENTRANT’S REPRESENTATION THAT HIS/HER TAGGED FRIEND IS 21 YEARS OF AGE OF OLDER; IF MARK ANTHONY BRANDS INC. DETERMINES THAT THIS IS NOT ACCURATE, MARK ANTHONY BRANDS INC. WILL DISQUALIFY THE ENTRANT FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES, PROHIBIT HIM/HER FROM PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE PROMOTIONS OFFERED BY MARK ANTHONY BRANDS INC. AND OTHERWISE SEEK TO PROTECT ITS LEGAL RIGHTS.

   Entry will NOT be accepted and is void if it (a) omits #WhiteClawSweepstakes  or (b) fails to tag at least one (1) friend in accordance with the above-indicated requirements. The inclusion of Sweepstakes in the hashtag #WhiteClawSweepstakes  signifies that, in making a post to @whiteclaw, a person is entering a promotional sweepstakes sponsored by Mark Anthony Brands Inc. to advertise its White Claw® Hard Seltzer product.

   Access the official White Claw® Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/whiteclaw/ (@whiteclaw). Entries must be received within the Entry Period timing defined above, to be included in that Entry Period’s random drawing and any subsequent random drawings, if any. You may only use one (1) Instagram account ID to enter. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account to submit an Entry. You must have an Instagram account to enter. An Instagram account can be opened for free by downloading the Instagram application from the Apple store or Google Play. Entries must comply with Instagram Terms of Use (instagram.com/about/legal/terms/). Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. (However, such individual may still function as the tagged friend of other entrant[s]). Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. See your internet/wireless provider for pricing plan details. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries may not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services to create fraudulent email addresses, Instagram accounts and/or identities) will void all Entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed the entrant. “Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entry.

   Entries will not be judged but, to the extent that they include content other than #WhiteClawSweepstakes  and tag at least one (1) friend, they must adhere to the Entry Guidelines indicated below, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion.

   COMMENT GUIDELINES:

   • Comment must not appeal primarily to persons under the legal drinking age.
   • Comment must not tag or otherwise refer to any individual under the age of 21.
   • Entry must not portray, encourage or condone drunk driving or depict situations where alcohol is being consumed or suggest or imply that consumption of alcoholic beverages is appropriate in conjunction with engaging in any activities that, for safety reasons, require a high degree of alertness or coordination.
   • Comment must be relevant to the corresponding Claw™ Back Your Summer Sweepstakes post.
   • Comment must be original and any text/language contained in Entry must be in English.
   • Comment must be entrant’s own original work and must not have won a previous prize or award.
   • Comment must not (and entrants represent and warrant that it will not), violate or infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, trade dress, or other proprietary right of any entity or person (living or deceased), including but not limited to rights of privacy, publicity or portrayal in a false light (this includes but is not limited to obtaining the consent of tagged friend[s] beforehand as discussed above).
   • Comment should not include content with the potential to result in any injury or bodily harm to the entrant.
   • Comment must not reference any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names (other than Sponsor’s), slogans, political, or religious statements, or be otherwise objectionable, as determined in Sponsor/Administrator’s sole discretion.
   • Comment must not include any commercial solicitation or promotional materials, websites, contact information or personally-identifiable information (e.g., first or last name, address, phone number, place of work, email address, etc.).
   • Any Comment deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion, will be disqualified and may be deleted.
   • Comment must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
   • Comment cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor, the Released Parties, or their respective products and services, or other people, products or companies.
   • Comment must not contain content that is false, inaccurate or misleading.
   • Comment must not contain statements relating to the armed forces of the United States; local, state or federal governments; state flags, emblems, seals, coat of arms, crests or insignias.
   • Comment must not include references/content to any activity that Sponsor/Administrator deem to be, in their sole discretion, lewd or indecent, including but not limited to, scenarios portraying sexually explicit activity as a result of consuming alcohol, and images or activity that suggests that alcohol is needed for social, financial, educational or athletic success.
   
   

   Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy found at https://www.whiteclaw.com/privacy and these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy shall prevail, control and govern. You should also consult the Privacy Policy of Instagram (found at https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy/?entry_point=ig_help_center_data_policy_redirect). By submitting an Entry in this Sweepstakes, entrant grants Sponsor and all other such persons as Sponsor may designate, the absolute, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, store, post, display, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of and/or otherwise use the Entry, in any manner, form, format or media now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor’s products, all without further notice, consent or payment.

   Entrant waives any “Moral Right of Authors” (Droit Moral) in the comment pursuant to U.S. law. Entrant further agrees, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation, to sign any and all necessary and appropriate documents so as to effect, perfect or record such grant of rights.

   INSTAGRAM COMMENTS/ENTRIES REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY REQUESTING PERSONS TO POST COMMENTS WITH THE DESIGNATED HASHTAG AND TAGGING AT LEAST ONE (1) FRIEND (AND PERHAPS INCLUDING ACCOMPANYING CONTENT); AND, SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH SAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING COMMENTS POSTED BY ENTRANTS. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT EDIT OR MODIFY COMMENTS POSTED FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES IN CONJUNCTION WITH ADMINISTRATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES. 

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Prize winner[s] (per Entry Period) will be randomly selected on or about each random drawing date indicated in the chart below, from among all eligible Entries received by the end of each Entry Period. (For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant’s comment includes content in addition to tagging one (1) friend and the designated hashtag, as long as such additional comment is in compliance with these Official Rules [including the Comment Guidelines as set forth above, to the extent applicable}, such comment will not be taken into account in the winner selection procedure). Random drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning an Entry Period Prize will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by the end of each Entry Period.

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARVs”): Three (3) Entry Period Prizes available, as follows:

Chef, time and menu to be selected by Sponsor. Chef will be at winner’s home (or an alternate location approved by Sponsor) for a period of up to four (4) hours as determined by Sponsor. All of winners’ friends must be 21+ to attend the meal and must provide valid government-issued photo identification as proof of age in order to gain admittance to the meal and provide their own transportation to and from meal; and, should Sponsor representatives determine in their sole discretion that any of winner's guests have not furnished acceptable valid government-issued photo identification, such guest(s) will be denied admittance and Sponsor will have no liability in conjunction therewith (nor will winner receive any compensation or substitute prize). Winner and guests are not permitted to video record the meal without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of Sponsor and chef, which may be granted or withheld in the sole discretion of either party. All unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner; i.e., costs associated with the meal, such as any desired insurance. Prize includes: ●        5-course tasting menu inspired by one (1) White Claw Hard Seltzer flavor (as selected by Sponsor) ●        $150 Sponsor-specified gift card ●        Staff to set up, serve and clean up after the meal ●        Check for $760 made payable to the winner which may be used to offset tax implications from receipt of prize (or otherwise)	5	$2,760 ea.
   2	Day Off Prize: A mansion (or luxury home), located in the area of the winner**, will be selected by Sponsor and rented for one (1) day for the winner and a group of winner’s friendsΩ [up to six (6) people total]. All of winners’ friends must be 21+. **Area means a range of within approximately 100 miles of winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor. Prize includes: ●        Rental location will include a pool, hot tub or direct water access ●        Two (2) house staff to help plan how winner and guests will use the rented mansion (or luxury home) ●        Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the house with fridge with food and non-alcoholic drinks ●        $250 Sponsor-specified gift card ●        Sponsor-branded Inflatables/water toys/blankets and the like ●        Sponsor’s choice of car service to and from rental location to/from winner’s residence (Car service provider’s policies and restrictions apply; winner and all guests must travel together between winner’s residence and mansion [or luxury home].) ●        $3,800 check made payable to the winner which may be used to offset tax implications from receipt of prize (or otherwise)	1	$13,800

This is in addition to the winner and travel companion complying with any and all requirements and policies of the operator of the cruise, including abiding by safety guidelines and following all instructions of captain and crew.	1	$31,050

    

   ΩIn all cases, winner’s friends (for Entry Periods 1 and 2) or travel companion (for Entry Period 3) need not be the same person(s) as tagged in their winning Entry.

   TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: $58,650.

   Limit one (1) prize per person/family/address/household (But, a person may enter him/herself AND be a tagged friend of one or more other entrants). Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules. Alcohol beverages are not part of any prize. A prize will only be awarded to verified winners with a street address within the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be contacted by Sponsor (or Administrator on Sponsor’s behalf) via Instagram Direct Message on or about the designated drawing date as set forth herein. IT IS THE INDIVIDUAL’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE THAT HIS/HER INSTAGRAM PRIVACY SETTINGS ALLOW FOR @WHITECLAW TO NOTIFY HIM/HER VIA DIRECT MESSAGE INCLUDING SETTING THEIR INSTAGRAM PROFILE TO “PUBLIC”. Potential winners will be asked to provide additional information back to the Sponsor/Administrator and will be required to complete and return via email/email link, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within any specified time frame, return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or declining a prize for any reason, will result in disqualification without further notice and selection of an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that drawing.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes. The preceding is in no way affected by the provision of a check to be used by the winner to offset tax implications of prize award. Such check may or may not be sufficient to offset the tax implications of prize award. The winner should consult his or her tax advisor on the proper treatment of the check to offset the winner’s tax liability. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Administrator for the ARV of the prize. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. (The preceding excludes the gift card element of prize, where applicable law allows for the holder of a gift card to redeem same for its cash value, as well as the check element of prize.) In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Resale of prizes is prohibited. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. In exchange for the right to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties and Meta Platforms, Inc. from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, or injury) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use or misuse of the prize, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Administrator’s or Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes material, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone or device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or device transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email or for any operation of the functionality of the Instagram platform which prevents the conduct of the Sweepstake as intended. All entrants understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. All participating entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted at @whiteclaw and the affected drawing(s) will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received by the end of each applicable drawing, prior to termination. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

8. ENTRY PERIOD 1 & 2 PRIZE RULES: Prizes must be used on dates specified by Sponsor. While such dates are currently not known, Sponsor reasonably believes that the Entry Period 1 Prize will take place within six (6) months of winner confirmation and the Entry Period 2 will take place within six (6) months of winner confirmation. Sponsor will advise winner of specific dates at or after time of winner notification, at least twenty-one (21) days prior to specified date. Certain restrictions may apply. Winners and their guests must also pass any required medical testing and comply with any additional requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any applicable entity, including, but not limited to, any government agency or other transportation provider, venue, chef or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having been vaccinated against COVID-19. Guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and must execute liability/publicity releases prior to use of prize. A minimum of two (2) guests is required to accept prize. Winners may need to execute any additional release documents required by third party service provider(s). Winners and winner’s guests must conduct themselves at all times in a socially responsible, appropriate and well-behaved manner‡; failure to do so will result in immediate termination of prize for said winner and/or his/her guests and Sponsor shall have no further liability or obligation to winner (and no liability/obligation whatsoever to ejected guest[s]). Entry Period 1 Prize winner may be provided with an option to have prize take place outside of their home, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, if Sponsor determines winner’s home may not accommodate meal or if winner indicates that it cannot take place at their home for any reason. Winners may indicate any specific dietary restrictions for him/herself or his/her guests for preparation of the menu for meal(s) and items in fridge (for Entry Period 2); Sponsor disclaims any and all liability as to the ability of chef (for Entry Period 1) or meal providers (for Entry Period 2) to accommodate such dietary restrictions.

   ‡The preceding includes failing to treat 3^rd party service providers (for Entry Period 1, the chef) with due respect and courtesy at all times.

9. ENTRY PERIOD 3 PRIZE RULES: Entry Period 3 Prize winner and winner’s verified travel companion must begin their travel within one (1) year of notification that winner has won the Entry Period 3 Prize, or Entry Period 3 Prize will be forfeited (i.e., their flight must depart the 48 contiguous US/DC by such date, but the return flight can occur more than one year from such notification). Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Entry Period 3 Prize winner and winner’s travel companion must possess valid travel documents (e.g. valid passport and/or any additional required identification and/or documentation) in order to travel. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Flights may not be direct, and Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotel(s) in their sole and absolute discretion. Certain restrictions apply. Travel must be round trip. If winner chooses travel without a travel companion (or travel companion does not timely return signed execute liability/publicity releases [where lawful]), winner will receive the Period 3 Prize in increments appropriate for a single traveler (i.e., the winner him/herself) and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. Entry Period 3 Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules, including if winner lives within reasonable driving distance of Miami, Florida. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Entry Period 3 Prize winner is responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The Entry Period 3 Prize winner will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in. Sponsor is not liable for any missed Entry Period 3 Prize events, tours, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, ground transportation, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, personal charges including but not limited to items such as lodging, additional overnight stays or other enroute expenses due to travel schedule, security fees, entertainment and transfers, are Entry Period 3 Prize winner’s sole responsibility. Entry Period 3 Prize winner will be responsible for any other costs or expenses associated with the Entry Period 3 Prize, including, but not limited to, incidentals, payment of applicable taxes, etc. Entry Period 3 Prize winner and their travel companion must also pass any required medical testing and comply with any additional requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any applicable entity, including, but not limited to, any government agency, airline or other transportation provider, sleeping accommodations, or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having been vaccinated against COVID-19. Travel companion must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Entry Period 3 Prize winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Winner and/or winner’s travel companion must provide their own transportation to and from the departure airport.

10. RELEASES: By participating, entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless (a) Mark Anthony Brands Inc., Daniel J. Edelman, Inc., each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including Don Jagoda Associates, Inc.; (b) the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above organizations; (c) Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from participating in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of a prize (as applicable).

12. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively before a court having jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois.
